Jason A. Frank, CELA, is the author of Elder Law in Maryland (Lexis, 3rd Ed., 5th revision, 2009) and Maryland Medical Assistance - Long Term Care (Bisel, 2008). Both books review many of the legal issues that seniors and individuals with disabilities experience.
