In an effort to promote social distancing and limit face-to-face interactions, we are kindly requesting that clients do not come to our office or enter our suite at this time. We will be conducting all meetings going forward via telephone, Zoom, FaceTime or Skype.
If possible, please scan/email materials to the attorneys/paralegals you are working with. If you are unable to do this, we have placed a box outside of our suite during business hours for clients to drop off materials. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to drop off materials.
We are now able to have clients sign their estate planning documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives and Living Wills) and have them witnessed and notarized, while in the safety and comfort of their home. Frank, Frank & Scherr has been authorized to use remote witnessing and notarizations. Now there is no reason to wait to have your important documents completed.
